Travels with
Jim & Mary

and sometimes Tom & Pookie

     We just happen to travel a bit, and like the idea of sharing our travels with you! And you on the other hand may be a relative, a friend, a fellow traveler, someone who just stumbled onto this site, or even someone from Jim's home town of Kirkland Lake where this all started. From a very early age Jim wanted to go and see the world. So soon after he found Mary, they took off to Peru to live and work, and from there they spent a life following mining and construction whereever it took them. That involved living in five countries on four continents.

     Once Jim retired, the wandering continued. During this era the travel is a mixture of foreign travel which is often in conjunction with groups such as Elderhostel, or North American continental travel with an RV, in conjunction with our good friends Tom & Pookie.

     We don't even have a list of all the places we have visited, but those from the past few years can be found by tapping here. The ones listed to the left are available for viewing at your leisure. If you see some other ones listed and think we should be working on reporting those - let us know. And if you wonder where we are now collecting fresh reports, tap the button on the lower left. You won't find out exactly where we are (because even we probably don't know), but you will find out where we were recently.
